You can use a Sandwich against the weights to just run right through them. After that, the traps remain the same as they are on Normal Mode. Starting off, we have the first two waves of Fencers and Industrialists. Granted, you can enter it before that point because you'll already have Sandwiches in your inventory by then. The enemies do over 300 damage, and I recommend coming here after Lava World. The Industrial Castle on Insane Mode is one of the most difficult levels to beat. After completing Pipistrello's Cave on Insane Mode, you'll unlock the best character for multiplayer, the King. Fortunately, Pipistrello's Cave is a checkpoint level. His tongue can instantly kill you if you don't hold your shield up when he does it, killing your run. Now when you go against Pipistrello himself, just stay on the left side of the screen, hold your shield up, and use your splash against him until you see his tongue out. Your splash is just as effective if you don't. The Slimes here can be easily killed with the level 50 combo if you have it. Climb up the cliff and kill the Thieves waiting for you and proceed into Pipistrello's Cave. From there, the rest of the level is just downhill. Use the XYY juggle combo until he is dead. The tornados he and the other assisting Bears do can be defended with your shield. You can juggle them to quickly get to the Rain Dancer Bear. Tall Grass Field is pretty tame, even though the Bears do a bit over 100 damage. Pipistrello's Cave on Insane Mode isn't very difficult. More enemies may appear and have a bit more health per player, but teamwork will really do the job as long as you know what you're doing. The best solution for Insane Mode is to bring some friends along. Preferably Industrialist because by the time you unlock Fencer, you'll already have access to Insane Mode with him. Character-wise, you'll need to use either Industrialist or Fencer.

Also, have a full stock of Potions with you, and at least have decent juggling skills. A moderate to high level of Magic will also help, or just high stats all around. I would also recommend that you have a full Defense stat bar and very high or max Agility. Gold Skull Mace with Snoot, Club with Burly Bear, Unicorn Horn and Beholder, and NG Gold Sword with either Snoot or Beholder are the best combinations to use. For general Insane Mode play, use a good weapon and Animal Orb combination. Completing certain levels on Insane Mode will grant you access to use that character.
